Review of the Story: The storyy was just released a few hours ago on the website and app AltBalaji and Zee5 and I just finished the series and here I will tell you about the pros and cons of this series, I will talk about the show, the plot and some more details of the series.
This web series stars Priyamani, Mrinal Dutt, and Satyadeep Mishra as the main characters, this series also stars Rajeev Kumar, Charu Shankar, Nitin Bhatia, and Rheanne Tejani in other important roles, this web series is made by Ekta Kapoor, the series is out of a total of 11 episodes and all episodes around 20-25 minutes in length, the series is now available on Zee5 and Alt Balaji. The series is not family friendly, it has strong leather and language shows, so don’t watch it with family.
The story of this series mainly revolves around three people, Kunal, Sakshi and Preet. Kunal and Sakshi and happily married for almost 20 years and they have a dream family, a house, kids and everything that normal people dream of. Everything is fine but one day Sakshi finds out that Kunal is having an affair with Preet and they are in a homosexual relationship. This is taking a storm in Sakshi’s life, her children, Married life and her personal life all on the verge of ending. How did he manage all this? how will her kids react after knowing the reality of their father, to know all this you have to watch 11 episodes of the full series on Alt Balaji and Zee5.
The best thing about this series is the star cast is amazing, the three main characters of the series are amazing, Priyamani is amazing and she kills him throughout the series, the way she shows her emotions, the delivery of her lines, everything is amazing. The chemistry between Mrinal and Satydeep Mishra is outstanding and both look brilliant in their roles. Mrinal looks amazing and he holds back his emotions very brilliantly.
I would like to mention Nitin Bhatia’s performance, he was a surprise package for me and he has done a great job in the role of Kunal and Sakshi’s eldest son. Rheanne Tejani is also good at his role, some of the other actors like Rajeev Kumar and Chaaru Shankar are good with their looks. You might get angry by seeing Rajeev’s character but I think it is plot demands.
Let’s talk about the good stuff first, the best thing about this series is, brilliant storyline and amazing performances, the story is well known but still, this series keeps you in your seat till the end and ends with a surprise which is surprising. The location is excellent, the VFX is average, the production value is quite fair. One more plus point about this series is, The music, music and songs are amazing and touch your heart. The scenario is great, the editing is difficult at first and slowly gets good. There are no intimate scenes that are useless like other ALTBalaji series.
About the bad stuff, the dialogue and the way kids are shown in the series is really sad, there is dialogue like ‘ Khade Ball Is The Same With Other Things, Namely Khada Hua‘There is one more’25-26 saal ki Umar me Sab strictly rehta hi‘It was like I was watching, there is another scene where a father arranges a girl (almost double his age) for his son just to prove that he is straight. I don’t know how to write this dialogue and how Ekta Kapoor agreed to it. All thanks to a decent storyline and some amazing acting by Priyamani, Mrinal, and Satydeep, and the other actors who make the series so bad.
